All prices displayed on our website exclude GST (15%), unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
We accept payment by:

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
All card transactions are securely processed through PayPal, which maintains industry-leading security standards.
The maximum online order value is NZ$1,500.
Payment is authorised when you place your order and charged when your order is dispatched.
Bank Transfer Payments
Bank transfer payments can be made via internet banking, mobile banking, phone banking, or by depositing funds directly into our bank account.
Business Hours
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Most orders are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by courier services throughout New Zealand.
Back Orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may hold your order until all items are available and can be dispatched together.
Warranty
Tonerink.org guarantees that its products are fit for purpose, function as intended, and will not damage your printer.
If a product is found to be faulty or does not perform as intended, we will replace it free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Using compatible cartridges supplied by Tonerink.org will not affect your printer manufacturer's warranty.
Returns Policy
A valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns without a valid RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
Items sent back without prior authorisation will be refused.
To request an RMA number, please email order@tonerink.org and include:
Your invoice number and/or customer name
A detailed description of the reason for the return
Our Customer Support team will provide an RMA number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Conditions
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until received by Tonerink.org.
Tonerink.org reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply where permitted by law.
Complaints and Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product, please email order@tonerink.org with:

We will provide further instructions by email. Any issues should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

Fraudulent Orders
Any attempt to place fraudulent orders or provide false information may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
By using this website and placing an order, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the website or purchases made through Tonerink.org will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through Tonerink.org.
